Hello and welcome to the Umpiring page. I am standing in for Jo Jarvis as the Temporary Umpire Secretary for the Club and as I am new to the position I am hoping to get to meet you all as soon as I can get around all of the training sessions.

 

I started with the club in September 2006 “on the bench” watching my daughter train each week but the pull of the game got the better of me and with a little persuasion from June, I attended the Beginners Award Umpire course during Feb 2008.

 

 

 

As a club, Tibberton aim to provide the opportunity for players and non players to train and qualify as umpires at all levels.

 

We are very fortunate to have a structure from International to beginner umpires, with all the support that brings.

 

Umpiring can be very rewarding. You will have the support of a dedicated team who can help provide the correct level and environment for you to practice, be assessed and tested!
