Welcome to the special events page. My position on the committee is quite a challenging role. My main objective is to raise funds for Tibberton Netball Club so they can continue to have the facilities, equipment, training and clothing which makes us the number one club in Shropshire. Due to the large number of members in our club, planning an event can be quite a challenge! In the past we have held many fund raising events including Sponsored Walks, Raffles, Treasures Hunts, 12 hour Netball challenge, Christmas and Easter Hampers, Cake Stalls and Mixed Netball Tournaments.

I've been playing for Tibberton Netball club for about 16 yrs with a short break after I had my son Josh 8 yrs ago, I currently play for TNT. Outside of playing netball my interests are spending time with family and friends, cooking (my brownies are famous in certain circles!), reading and going to the cinema. I'm looking forward to supporting the club in my new role and will be harrassing you all very soon with fundraising plans! So please help to support the Club by being involved in the Club's special events. A lot of time and effort is put into each event and I am always looking for new and exciting ideas. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

In 2009 the Club reaches the grand old age of 20 !!!!
